  • Robin

    Robin is the creator of Robin B Movement, a fitness concept offering a blend of movement classes that builds a fit and balanced body in a holistic environment due to her experience as a wellness coach, fitness trainer, yoga, pilates and barre instructor.
    Her health journey started with yoga, progresses as a personal trainer and evolved through therapeutic Pilates- inspired by her beautiful son Dylan who was born with dwarfism.
    An avid horse rider and exercise lover, she is skilled at helping people overcome physical limitations and injuries, so they can enjoy the activities which fulfill them.

    Marcela is an instructor at Robin B Movement with a passion for teaching proper form in a fun, creative way to keep clients motivated and get the most of their workout sessions.
    Her technique is a result of her knowledge of yoga, pilates, barre and science-based mobility, which she shares in her challenging, yet accomplishable classes for all levels. Find her at the gym or on Instagram @lotustempleyoga.

    Pamela is a dedicated Yoga, Pilates, and Barre instructor whose life revolves around maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She combines her passion for these practices with her teachings, emphasizing the sacredness of the body and the importance of doing what is best for it. Her approach centers on the body-mind connection, helping students discover what their bodies are capable of achieving. In her classes, participants will experience a mix of strength and stretching exercises, aimed at improving mobility and building strength.   • Hali

    Hali has completed over 10,000 hours of yoga-related teacher training, specializing in safe movement grounded in physiotherapy, which led to the creation of The Multi Barre Method. As a lifelong student of yoga, Hali is passionate about sharing her knowledge and tools from yoga, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and The Multi Barre Method. This method combines barre for balance with isometric strength training and small, controlled movements. Anchored in physio rehab, it is safe and effective for all levels, helping participants shake, burn, and see results.

Pilates

My Pilates mat-based workout is a low-impact yet challenging all-level class designed to help participants develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability, correct bad posture and improve mind-body awareness.
Classes incorporate the key principles of Pilates, weaving/blending exercise variations and using props to add resistance and variety.
Private reformer Pilates sessions are also available;

Barre

This high intensity blend of ballet barre movements makes for a fun and challenging way to cultivate and tone long, lean muscles. The smaller, targeted movements of barre can bring a new level of awareness to the body as they activate the often-underused deep, core stabilizer muscles. Be prepared for defining and sculpting arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-cinching ab moves, and yogic stretches.
The best part: Anyone no matter your age, flexibility or fitness level can hit the bar and achieve results. It never gets easier; you’ll just get stronger.

Functional Fitness

Functional and circuit training is a mix of high-intensity exercises and cardio while using your body weight and a variety of props. My class will push you to the limit without causing injury to your body. This type of training keeps your heart rate up and calories and fat burning all day long!
FIT will make you work one hundred percent through quick, intense bursts of exercises followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. I look forward to seeing you in class!
